Information Age gives spotlight to Ness SES’ research on organizations in the digital economy

Information Age, one of the top magazines reporting on technology news, has reported the results of a survey commissioned by Ness SES on the digital economy. The survey, which was conducted by OnePoll, had 1,000 business leaders in UK give their opinions on the subject. Results showed that 57% of business leaders don't understand the concept of digital economy. Doug Mow, SVP of Corporate Strategy and CMO, Ness SES, has been quoted reacting to the survey saying, "Incumbent businesses must modernise their user experiences, products, and systems to remain competitive. This includes engaging customers and partners via electronic commerce mechanisms, modern form factors such as mobile, and with real-time, personalised insight."
