Timothy Burke

General Manager, Central & Eastern US

Timothy Burke is the General Manager for Ness’s Central & Eastern U.S. Business Unit. With over 20 years of experience in the global business services industry, Tim has helped many clients transform their software product strategy to enhance top line results and drive market expansion in the Digital Economy.

Tim came to Ness in 2014 to head the Business Unit. Previously, he held leadership roles with responsibility for P&L, account management and delivery at Cognizant Technologies, Wipro, Virtusa, and Trianz, and he managed strategic accounts for Lucent Technologies and Pfizer. Tim also served in the US Army, where he was honored for his exemplary service.

Tim earned his BA in Political Science at the University of California, an MBA at the University of San Francisco, and his Master of Engineering at the University of Colorado.
