Ness KDC’s proud achievements on their initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility and Corporate Philanthropy that was recognized by the country’s Government officials and credible organizations. Ness KDC was awarded for their contribution towards promoting healthy work-life balance and their CSR initiatives in the organization.

In 2012, NESS KDC was awarded in a category Support for measures ensuring healthy balance between personal, Professional and social life. The benefits for our employees such as additional five days of holiday (NessDays), three days reserved for health related matters (SickNess days) as well as the possibility of Home Office and Ness Summer Club (the day care center for children of our employees which operates during summer time) were foundation of this achievement.

On April 12, the Pontis Foundation held the Awards with aim to express public recognition to companies and entrepreneurs who support corporate social responsibility and corporate philanthropy in Slovakia. The Pontis Foundation presented its annual Via Bona Slovakia Awards for the twelfth time.

The Pontis Foundation declared NESS KDC as a newcomer and a big discovery of this year Via Bona Slovakia. Out of 82 nominees for the 2011 Via Bona Slovakia Awards, NESS KDC received two prizes. Thanks to the project NESS Summer Club we won the Award for Responsible Approach to Employees. The evaluation committee also appreciated our support of the Homeless shelter "Oaza" with the Award for Employee Engagement in volunteer activities.

2007 - Certificate of gender responsible organization for meeting the critical measures of project "Šanca na rovnosť..." in 2005 - 2007. ​
