Training Program

NESS Academy is a successful company project providing graduates with an opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills enhancing their potential earned during their study. They are allowed to utilize their theoretical attainments while accomplishing real IT tasks as a member of project teams in the top software development company.

​The project consists of several parts. The most important section covers special technical training lead by professional mentors divided onto separated panels focused on teaching modern technologies such as Java, web, SQL or testing. The level of participants' knowledge is preliminarily examined in tests displaying individual improvements.  

Each student is supervised by professional mentor, who is a member of NESS KDC project team. The mentor assigns practical tasks related to work for the client, provides consultation and checks the quality of the solutions. The students experience real international working environment and get prepared for their future job. English lessons and interview practicing is also a special part of the training.

The uniqueness of the NESS Academy projects is based on interconnection of theory and practice gained in solving real project tasks. The students are provided with consulting service and they take part in various discussions and sessions enriching their language and technical knowledge. The successful participants are frequently offered a junior job in particular project teams. ​
