Ness Technologies start new chapter with appointment of President
Paul Lombardo brings 25 years of expertise and experience Košice
Ness Technologies, a global product engineering solutions provider, has appointed Paul Lombardo as the President of Ness Software Engineering Services.
Lombardo in his new role will be in-charge of responsible for the Ness SES business (end-to-end), with a direct focus on global Sales, Solutioning, Marketing and Communications. Lombardo comes with over 25 years of experience in Sales, Delivery and Business Management.
In one of his first steps as the President, Lombardo embarked on business visits to the various centers of Ness SES across the world. One of his stops also includes a business visit to the central office of Ness Development Center Kosice (Ness KDC), which was started in 2005. The development center in Kosice has been successfully implementing global offshore methodologies that make Ness Technologies one of the global leaders in the field while focusing on software development and testing.
Lombardo also noted the importance of KDC prior to his visit noting, “We have seen our Technology Innovation Center in Kosice grow in strength, maturity and size since its inception more than 7 years ago. Kosice is now a crucial part of our global distributed network hosting many software engineering teams for clients who value the commitment, innovation and world class engineering skills demonstrated by our technologists.”

Paul has more than 25 years of Sales, Delivery and Business Management experience working with Tier 1 global companies as well as early stage ventures. He has a long and successful track record of IT enabled business transformation and distributed multi-shore software development. His Board level experience ranges from fund raising through growth and exit. His career history includes experience on both sides of the coin - customer side (IT Director for NCCI) and supplier side (Accenture, Logica, Mphasis/EDS). With early stage venture Princeton Consulting, he wrote the business plan, raised venture capital and grew the business six-fold prior to selling to Mphasis.
