Rajeev Sharma

​​​​​​​​​Rajeev Sharma leads the Business and Technology Solutions Group at Ness, which is responsible for guiding solution strategy and design for new business initiatives with customers.  He facilitated cross-functional development of the Ness Connected Framework, a transformational software engineering framework that seamlessly integrates User Experience Design, Software Product Engineering, and Big Data Analytics to bring compelling Digital Products & Services to market. Rajeev has more than 25 years of leadership and management experience, in addition to a strong engineering background in Enterprise Architecture, Product Design & Development, Solutions Architecture, Quantitative Analysis, Algorithms & Modeling and Engineering Process Design. Rajeev is a former Lieutenant Colonel & a senior Rocket Scientist (Deputy Project Director) with the Agni III missile program. He has a Graduate degree in Management & Systems Design from MIT Sloan School of Management & the School of Engineering Systems.
