About the Engagement
CNB engaged Ness in April 2014 to design and build a Business Online Portal, which delivers a seamless user experience across the multiple online services that CNB offers. Key to that ambition is a consistent Single Sign On (SSO) feature to make access intuitive and quick for the modern user with high expectations. In order to design an excellent solution, we conducted a rigorous UX planning process, focusing on the value we can offer users and worked closely with CNB to refine business requirements to engineer the most robust solution.
